$JMIA African Amazon. Looking at the Charts.After much skepticism $JMIA has found it sell one of the hotter stocks on social networks ( they have sites for that). $JMIA is compared to $AMZN as the African version. Taking a deeper look, the company has potential but suffers from potential infrastructure problems as it expands across Africa.But they have big goals and seem to be taking the steps to meet those. A Lot of potential in that business and in the charts. Looking at the charts, JMIA has formed a Cup and handle on the daily chart and looks like it could break out bullishly. Also aligned with this breakout is earnings, and this is where we could see a rocket or an anchor. Expectations are not to much higher than last quarter and I am expecting a decent beat. Based on some AMD fractals, my JMIA projectionsI like how AMD stock traded on the weekly chart from 2018-2020. I think JMIA is moving faster than AMD at this time, and so I charted my direction for JMIA basing how AMD traded on the weekly chart from around April 2018 - 2020. I'm glad to see that $15-16 gap was filled. I knew it was a matter of time. It would not surprise me to see the price pullback a little into that gap from $12.97-$13.29 get filled soon. I guess it's ok to hold if you're willing to wait a little and watch it drop 15-20%, or sell now and look for a quick 'buy the dip' moment.

Short JMIA to 2nd Square Completion 100% GainJMIA has recently gone into over-bought territory to an absolute extreme, not seen by any other stock on the market currently. Not only that, the 10 ema is above the 50 sma and the 200 sma is below the current price. From this, we can see price will be driven downwards to meet a better agreed on price range. This will result in further down trending price-action until the geometric and harmonic vibrations are satisfied in price-time. We can short from around 19.38 down to around 9.14 for an approximate gain of 100% in 1 -1/2 months. After this short position, we expect a break out of the bullish symmetric in January of 2021, followed by a 10 month bull run peaking on November 2021. We will do a follow up idea on the long position, once that time has rolled around.
