MPW On the 28th of August, I shared my analysis, and those who entered at 4.46 have already seen a 35% gain – quite impressive for under a month! Well done, everyone! Low risk and ultra-high returns have always been our favourites. Keep up the great work! ^^
MPW The selling pressure is practically evaporated, making the risk of shorting sky-high. The path of least resistance seems to be upward, and once we break above and stay above the 10 and 30-week moving averages, a strong rebound is likely on the cards. Of course, this is purely my personal prediction and absolutely not investment advice. Remember, managing risk properly is the key to making a tidy profit
MPW Dividend yield keeps rising with every dip... The issues with tenants are managable via resolution plans or restructuring or building sales... How is this not yet a hot item for short squeeze is beyond me... Won't the institutions be loading up on this firesale dividend item by now? Or have I got it all too wrong?
