The Downhole Technologies segment refers to the provision of oil and gas perforation systems and downhole tools in support of completion, intervention, wireline, and well abandonment operations. The Corporate segment represents the corporate expenses, such as those related to corporate governance, stock-based compensation, and other infrastructure support.
