Prudential (PRU.l) bearish scenario:The technical figure Channel Up can be found in the daily chart in the UK company Prudential plc (PRU.l). Prudential plc is a British multinational insurance company. It was founded in London in May 1848 to provide loans to professional and working people. The Channel UP broke through the support line on 22/02/2023. If the price holds below this level, you can have a possible bearish price movement with a forecast for the next 25 days towards 1 173.20 GBX. According to experts, your stop-loss order should be placed at 1 336.00 GBX if you decide to enter this position. Prudential's stock increased significantly by 41% over the past three months. But the company's key financial indicators appear to be differing across the board and that makes us question whether or not the company's current share price momentum can be maintained. While the company does have a high rate of reinvestment, the low ROE means that all that reinvestment is not reaping any benefit to its investors, and moreover, its having a negative impact on the earnings growth. Prudential's earnings have declined over five years, contributing to shareholders 21% loss. Prudence!!This is another case of predator stalking its prey and just waiting for it get in the trap. My zone of decision was the blue zone around 1538. This is the monthly SSB and i was anticipating rejection here. Zooming down to daily we broke that zone going down and then tested it with rejection on 29 April (that would have been a better entry) then today again confirmation that bulls just dnt have it in em. Prudential - 40% upside in 12 monthsFundamental analysis: - The raising interest rate environement will be positive for the insurance profitability. www.investopedia.com "historical analysis shows that the overall trend is for the profitability of the insurance sector to increase in an environment of rising interest rates. Overall price-to-earnings (P/E) ratios for insurance company stocks usually increase in fairly direct proportion to increases in interest rates." TA: - Stock is currently hitting resistance line , in a consolidated uptrend.Longby pelagus110

PRU - bullish this UK bluechipI can't help but feel bullish for UK stocks in general when I do a count like this one. Might be a bit optimistic on my projection for a 5th wave target but time will tell. I have added a parallel channel to try and project a target for the 5th wave but they sometimes work with log scale, sometimes with arithmetic and sometimes not at all.....Longby tomj24171

Short on breakdown or after gap fill (PRUDENTIAL PLC) PUKIt's possible that next week you will see a convincing breakdown on the trend line or a gap fill at 38.45 and then a reversal. The reaction downwards before it hits fib retracements is a bearish sign and buyers didn't emerge to support 38.20by anvil0
