RCI Bear Flag on the daily as well as the 4hr. I also heard through the grapevine that they are severely under water atm. Ever since the shaw acquisition they have lost 11 billion in valuation alone. Not to mention declining revenues, and missed growth, Its not looking good.
If things decide to go south, we could test the $19, USD mark here in a few.
