2. Breakout with volume above average.
3. Stochastic formed golden cross.
4. I believe SPCE will reach (1) target 26.10 USD and will go towards to (2) target 29 USD.

Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SPCE), in accordance with new guidelines from the New Mexico Department of Health to disrupt the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the state, today announced that it will be minimizing its operational footprint at its New Mexico facilities.
In consultation with government officials, and as a result of these new operations restrictions, the space flight that was planned to occur between November 19-23, 2020 will be rescheduled.

SPCE OutlookSPCE broke out of its diagonal r/s line and retested the break out.
It is now attempting to break out of its horizontal resistance. which it will need to do - tagging the lower end, before it is able to have a sustained break out. expecting this to take a week or so before it is ready to continue onward.
Overall the chart looks like volume is starting to step in. RSI bottomed, and trend shifting it's way.
Expecting SPCE to end the year on a high note.
SPCELooking as if $SPCE has printed a symmetrical triangle, as typically there is 3 waves to the cycle i anticipate one of more correction of price would put my purchase price around $19.5-18.5.
Definitely a stock to put on your radar.

Short/Mid term: bounced also nicely around .786 FIB; IMO with a good PR (flight), SPCE might be able to break the resistance line and see 26 & 32; potentially triggering a short squeeze pushing this to ATH.

Higher lows on daily so trend still in tackOver 24.37 would a nice higher high and should help with higher prices. A close over 25.78 would be ideal
Healthy drop, headed back to 23.77 resistance Buyers are here, heading up and holding above the 1 hr moving averages
$SPCE potential major upside 1hr cup and handle successfully broke out allowing this to make the run on the daily for major trend line. if that gets broken its time for this to shoot into space! just watch this.
