Teekay Corp. Ltd. provides international crude oil and other marine transportation services. Its lines of business include offshore production (FPSO units) and conventional tankers. The Tanker segment refers to the operation of all Teekay Tankers' tankers, including the operations of those tankers employed on full service lightering contracts. The Marine Services and Other segment pertain to the operational and maintenance marine services provided to the Australian government, Australian energy companies and other third parties, and includes corporate and general administrative expense. The company was founded by Jens Torben Karlshoej in 1973 and is headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda.
