TECHNICAL ANALYSIS: $UNH is currently trading at a very crucial level in the market sitting at $548.58. Historically looking left this area has acted as a strong level of resistance. However, if $UNH can push higher and break though this area of resistance, I do believe we could see the price of $UNH continue to approx. $560. We also have our money movement indicator pushing higher along with the middle band on the dashboard showing green bullish momentum so if something is going to happen it should be soon. UNH short This has dropped off a local 161 and is back up to a possible double top formation. These are some of my favourite classic bear signals.
UNH Setting upBack in July I posted about how $UNH was compressed and not something I am interested in trading.
The stock continued to build the right side of its base and now looking much better.

In my trading plan, the Max Risk of each short term trade should be less than 1% of an account.
Fighting ResistanceUNH is fighting daily to get past, and stay past the .886 fib level.
If it breaks through the white lines, the 1 and the 1.113 could be the next destination.
I am watching and waiting.

$UNH Long IdeaUnited Health provides healthcare services and reported earnings of 80B in revenue beating estimates. Analysts have a price target of 584 and rank it as a "Strong Buy"
Technicals on $UNH point at a consolidation base period with breakout at all time high which is 553. Options flow has smart money buying December contracts with a Strike of 570 and 575 which is a 6-8% increase from its current price.
Market rotations usually have financials, healthcare and utilities leading the way during this type of economic period.
Upside targets for bulls are 553, 560, 572, and 580.

If I were to invest in this it would be for the long term so buying this at a possible top is not an option for me, but who knows?

Bullish Swing Trade on UNHWith sell in May and go away in play. I thought I'd take a swing trade on UNH it is in a defensive sector(healthcare), which is a rotation method for the summer months. So I'll place a limit order @ 489.00 and a SL @ 454.00 and a TP @ 555.00. The order block and the market cycle (May 13 - Jun 6 2022) are confirmations.
