Bonheur ASA is a holding company, which engages in long term investment within the shipping and energy related activities, transportation, technology and property development, leisure, and other enterprises. It operates through the following segments: Renewable Energy, Wind Service, Cruise, and Other Investments. The Renewable Energy segment develops, constructs, and operates wind farms in Scotland, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, France, and the U.S. The Wind Service segment offers logistics and services within the offshore wind industry. The Cruise segment owns and operates cruise ships; and provides a diverse range of cruises to attract its passenger. The Other Investments segment represents investments within media, properties, and various service companies. Bonheur ASA was founded on October 20, 1897 and is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.
