$BYOC Price Prediction for This Upcoming Week Break of .05+As you can see by the chart our long term hold $BYOC has been trading sideways nicely this past week. The chart is poised for the .03 break possibly Monday which will send it nicely and pretty quickly to its next resistance point at .06 Several investors received very nice responses from the CEO after writing him, here's a recap of the most essential material: CEO is aiming for a billion dollar market cap company. At the current A/S that puts this at a $1.00 PPS However personally and in my own opinion I believe we could possibly go much higher with an uplisting to the NASDAQ (which is the intimate goal.) The CEO said the company is currently in negotiations with three companies in the B2B big data space to be brought under the umbrella of $BYOC as acquisitions. $BYOC Continues On New Leg Up Towards .03 BreakMost of the DD is already covered in previous charts. This is a continuation chart showing the new leg up forming. Filings anticipated to hit in around a 2 week or less TF. Filings will not show revenues and more than likely will show debt but this is the first step in getting the company current and headed towards the goals the CEO has in mind, which later on down the road should be NASDAQ Uplisting with high rev projections especially after already securing a $10 Mil Bridge Loan and much much more. Taking into account that I have been very busy traveling and not trading much during the latter part of the summer. I won't go into too much detail because if I did it would take several pages and I don't think anyone here wants to read dozens of pages of DD on this website. Here are some highlights: 1. $BYOC inked a $10 Million dollar private placement with Boustead Securities. The Current CEO was the original Co-Founder and CEO of the company and won the shell back in a long court custody battle which awarded him over $7 million in a judgement that he will use to transfer for shares over a period of time (basically a buyback imo) 3. The CEO was also the Co-Founder of HQ Office Supplies which was sold to Staples. 4. Keith Moore the Private Placement holder to $BYOC Inc. founded Activision Inc. 5. The DTC Chill has been lifted on all Brokers recently allowing traders to be able to purchase the stock from any broker of their choice (except Robinhood of course.) 6.
