At first, the market slides slowly upwards over time in a rational manner before the positive feedback loop accelerates the market 2. The market goes through a test where it drops significantly. If the positive feedback loop is sufficiently strong, the market will overcome the test and continue its climb. At this point, the market will start to disconnect from underlying fundamentals in a big way. 3. The market will continue its climb farther and farther away from the fundamentals. For an equity index, this may be represented by an increase in pricing multiples not warranted by probable future earnings growth. 4. At some point in time, the market will reach a twilight zone where more and more investors become skeptical and bearish. The disconnect between asset prices and fundamentals recognized by some investors will slow down the market appreciation rate. 5. At some point, for some reason, triggered by anything, the positive feedback loop will reverse and become a negative feedback loop. FCEL BuyI'm looking at a second buy on FCEL with the potential for a nice gain. This is following my strategy requirements and it is also showing us some hidden bullish divergence also. Price has provided a nice discount and I'm looking to buy at market open. I will wait for a nice bullish candlestick pattern before confirming my entry into this trade. FCEL Longjust now There are a few types of trades to me 1. to the moon I'm not selling, Ain't going to lie lol this feeling is happy the first few days, but then you are like WTF I'm doing. My fix is some money I don't need I buy a piece of a stupid lottery ticket like crypto alt meme coins. 2. Bag holders - Been there and know the feeling, it's not happy 3. No plan Traders - Ends up with a big loser - Been There, know the feeling, it's not happy So I'm trying to be a Happy plan trader that has an exit plan for profits. I'm trying to build the habit of knowing I got my profits, keep it on my radar and journal. I always can find a way to get back in with a new plan and take profits. It's not easy, but posting and journaling help. So Plan is simple for FCEL , going to watch the CIRCLE I added and the bullish trend line. Breaks that I'm securing profits and will watch a new entry in the 9.00. As you can see with the first circle It broke it but not a scary red candle, it had a wick. So keeping a close eye on this one. Adding Alerts as well, because I've noticed ALERTS are huge!!!! Don't need to watch the ticker if you plan it out. Have a happy day, and be happy :)
