RUNEUSDT GARTLEY PATTERNThe Gartley Pattern is one of the most traded harmonic patterns and can be applied to many markets and timeframes. It is a 5-point retracement structure that was originally outlined by H.M. Gartley and detailed further by Scott Carney. It has specific Fibonacci measurements for each point within its structure and it is important to note that D is not a point, but rather a zone in which price is likely to reverse, called the Potential Reversal Zone (PRZ). The B point retracement of the primary XA leg lies at 0.618 and the PRZ consists of 3 converging harmonic levels: 1) 0.786 retracement of the primary XA leg, 2) AB=CD pattern and 3) the BC projection is either 1.27 or 1.618. The first target would be the 382 retracement of AD and the second target the 618 retracement of AD. A common stop level would be behind the X-point. Conservative traders may look for additional confirmation. Gartley Patterns can be bearish and bullish. TradingView has a smart XABCD Pattern drawing tool that allows users to visually identify 5-point reversal structures on a chart.

Buy Tennis balls, not EggsToday we had the highest volume hourly bearish candles on BTC for the year, taking the rest of the market with it (except for a few --> ( ) Because this is a zero-sum market, short term traders will no doubt still be buying the dip if not already in shorts. The best short opportunities would have been from tokens that had the highest 24hr price gains, most which have since been erased. The situation we had both yesterday & today leaves many price efficiencies due to the rapid appreciation or decline of prices; with many orders unable to be filled - which leaves liquidity gaps, which are almost always an opportunity for retracement to those "untouched" levels. Instinctively you'd think 'I'll long the worst performer, because it'll give the best R:R', but more times than not, this isnt the case. Buy Tennis balls, not Eggs. Translation: Tennis balls bounce, eggs stay flat. Buy the coins that bounces/recovers faster than the rest of the market. This inherently tells you the interest and strength of the coin whether it be due to technical or fundamental reasons. The chart shows the top 3 tennis balls on my watchlists against the altcoin market (note: this does not include coins that withstood the dump well --> $WXT, $FITFI, $MXC.....) How you go about trading these tennis balls, if you even decide to is up to you. A tip on support and resistance.As we all know according to newton's law of motion,a body will continue to have a motion until it is being stopped out by an opposite force. We place value on FIB retracements which got its foundation from one of the historical founder of mathematics,Fibonnaci(1170-1250). Why then should we neglect/disvalue support and resistance which goes along with one of the greatest physicist's claim,Newton. An upmost value should be placed on my above title. Even if a trader have little or no knowledge on indicators and mind full of strategies,just stick with S$R.

RUNEUSDT TRADE SETUP FOR THE WEEKA 20% short bull run(retracement) is expected. After over 30% decline from last week high of $8.66. We have been creating lower highs along the way. For the new week, an entry after a double bottom or lower low to retest the lows @6$ would be a great opportunity to go long/bullish. Ensure to wait for bullish confirmations on the lower time frames before going ahead to take buys back to 7$. what you should expect as RUNE is flipping bearish. in my previews article published on April 4TH 2022 i highlighted possible bullish and bearish scenario, pinpointing a double top that can send the price below the ascending channel As fate may have it the double top pushed the market downward from 6.870 to 6.712 as when writing this article. As RUNE is flipping bearish, these are things am taking into account 1) bearish: i can see the double top been retested at 7.206 twice 2) connecting the retracement fib from (WAVE A) all time high to the mid section (lower low) (WAVE B) which is the bottom of the double top, i could see the next wave C already in play to complete the corrective wave. 2) bullish: the yellow dash line which is the weekly bearish handle serving as support since 12th April, the bulls have to hold the price above 6.500. and push it to the upper side from 8$ to 10$ however if daily price closes below 6.5 then we could see a massive decline from 4$ to 1.8$ which would be the next channel support. which ever scenario you wish to play with always trade safe. always practice risk management.
