NASDAQ Triple buy signal.Nasdaq (NDX) is having a very aggressive correction early into the week, mostly due to Chinese start-up DeepSeek. Fundamentals aside, this move has taken the index back to its 1-month Support Zone, which has given an excellent buy entry 3 times already. At the same time, it has come the closest to the Higher Lows trend-line that has been in effect since October 01 2024, while the 4H RSI entered its oversold (<30.00) Support Zone, which in the past 3 months has offered the 5 most optimal buy opportunities. NAS100 - Is Nasdaq on track to record a new ATH?!The index is trading below the EMA200 and EMA50 on the 4-hour timeframe and is trading in its descending channel. If the index corrects towards the supply zone, we can look for further short positions on Nasdaq with a risk-to-reward ratio. Nasdaq’s position in the demand zone will provide us with short-term buying conditions. President Trump announced that the U.S. government plans to invest $500 billion in artificial intelligence infrastructure. This project, carried out in collaboration with companies such as OpenAI, Oracle, and SoftBank, aims to create 100,000 jobs.Trump also pledged to support the project through emergency declarations. OpenAI, along with SoftBank, Oracle, NVIDIA, and ARM, announced the start of their collaboration in technology development. This partnership includes Microsoft’s commitment to Azure, with plans extending until 2030. Microsoft confirmed that it will maintain its strategic partnership with OpenAI and participate in the Stargate project. This collaboration includes new agreements granting Microsoft priority rights to utilize the new capacity. Additionally, Microsoft will leverage OpenAI’s intellectual property (IP) in its products, such as Copilot. This week’s economic calendar is dominated by major events related to central banks. The U.S. Federal Reserve and the Bank of Canada will announce their interest rate decisions on Wednesday, while the European Central Bank will follow on Thursday. Additionally, several significant economic reports are expected. On Monday, data on new home sales for December will be released. On Tuesday, reports on durable goods and the Consumer Confidence Index will be published. On Thursday, the U.S. GDP for Q4, weekly jobless claims, and pending home sales data will be announced. Finally, on Friday, the PCE index (the Fed’s preferred measure of inflation), along with personal income and spending reports, will be released. It is projected that the U.S. economy will grow at an annualized rate of 2.6% this quarter, compared to 3.1% in the previous quarter. If the data surpass expectations, the likelihood of the Fed adopting expansionary policies may decrease. Similarly, inflation data from the PCE index and consumer income and spending reports on Friday will play a crucial role in shaping expectations for rate cuts. Unlike the European Central Bank and the Bank of Canada, the Federal Reserve is expected not to reduce interest rates. The robust U.S. economy and inflationary pressures have left the Fed with limited room to lower borrowing costs. This situation existed even before Trump’s administration and the Republican-led Congress implemented tax cuts and tariff hikes. Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell has stated that the Fed has no predetermined path and may raise interest rates if new government policies lead to higher inflation. However, inflationary pressures have recently eased and could continue to decline in early 2025. Christopher Waller, a prominent Fed official, recently hinted at a possible rate cut in the first half of the year, but market reactions to his comments were muted, with only minor dollar weakening following news of Trump’s tariffs. Several major companies are set to release their quarterly financial updates this week. Among them are some members of the Magnificent 7, as well as leading firms in technology, energy, finance, and manufacturing. Microsoft, Meta, and Tesla are scheduled to report on Wednesday, while Apple will release its financial information on Thursday. Tesla’s report comes as Elon Musk, its CEO, has taken on a role in President Trump’s administration. The company’s recent vehicle delivery data fell short of analysts’ expectations. Microsoft’s planned report follows last week’s announcement of a $500 billion AI initiative, which includes Microsoft-backed OpenAI. Meta’s report comes as the company raises its investment forecasts for emerging technologies such as AI. 4-hr US100: 700 Points Drop on the RadarFollowing the formation of a Double Top pattern at the 21,930 level last Friday, the NASDAQ has experienced a significant decline, plummeting by nearly 800 points. This downturn has been primarily driven by unfavorable manufacturing data emerging from China, alongside the Bank of Japan's unexpected interest rate hike on Friday. The market reaction closely resembles the Yen carry trade unwind observed in August of last year, as investors are swiftly reallocating capital from high-risk assets such as equities to traditionally safer alternatives. The Japanese Yen, recognized as a classic safe-haven asset, has seen increased demand amid the current market uncertainty. From a technical perspective, the US100 index currently exhibits an oversold condition, as indicated by the Relative Strength Index (RSI). However, the prevailing downward momentum remains robust, suggesting that a potential reversal may not be imminent. The price action has decisively breached multiple Fibonacci retracement levels in succession and is now approaching the critical 61.2% retracement level. Historically, this level has acted as a strong and final support zone. Should this support level fail to hold, further declines towards the 20,500 threshold and potentially lower levels should not be ruled out. Market participants should exercise heightened caution, as the Federal Reserve is scheduled to convene this Wednesday, with an anticipated decision to maintain interest rates. This forthcoming announcement is likely to exert additional downward pressure on the US100 index. Nevertheless, given the sharp recent declines, short-term corrective pullbacks to the upside remain plausible. In light of the current market conditions, a prudent trading approach would involve entering short positions only after the NASDAQ convincingly breaches and closes below the 61.2% Fibonacci retracement level, thereby confirming further bearish sentiment.

NAS100...Ever The Bullish Instrument Part 15This week as usual, I am continuing with my bullish bias due to the fact that all the larger timeframes are still maintaining their HL structure. A quick glance at the H1/H2 will show that a new Low has been formed...(one direct and one segmented). However, this does not affect the bias of the overall structure as when you zoom out and examine the larger timeframes, you will see that the structure is still being maintained on the largest timeframes the daily and above. Last week price traded above the current H1/H2 trendline before the break on Friday. This to me does not indicate a break in structure, however a temporary retracement to set up another HL for the larger timeframes. If you have been tracking the Highs, you would have noticed that while they have been LH's since the last ATH back in December, they are still tracking higher, which confirms that the market is still in a consolidatory state and it will only be a matter of time before the ATH is broken again. What does this mean for this week? 1. I still enter on my largest HL and exit on my HH's a. In the event that I only get a LH...I take my profit and wait for another HL 2. My TP levels for 2025 still remain the same and I patiently trade the trend. 3. Continue being patient as I wait for the ATH to be broken again. Remember this a marathon and not a sprint and as such consistency is going to be of utmost importance. Outlook for the next weeks (i love these XD)Right now, i am looking for some kind of pullback before going up. I have marked 3 most important zones and i will look forward to trade from them. But everything can happen so we as a traders need to stay flexible. The Fundamental side still looks great. But the question is whether inflation will rise and unemployment will fall, as this could mean slowing growth and postponing further rate cuts. Wages have also increased, which could mean that there is a greater demand for employees, or there is a great demand on the market for goods and services, which could mean increasing inflation. On the other hand PMI looks great and CPI + PPI is neutral. Tell me whats your analysys, let me know in the comments. I am open to every point of view to the situation and I am happy to learn :)
