SKL NEEDS A STRONG PUSH TO SMASH THROUGH THESE RESISTANCE ZONESSKALE NETWORK has recently reached an important milestone. Dapps are now officially building on SKALE, and it is an official bridge to the ETHEREUM blockchain. SKALE intends to improve efficiency on the ETHEREUM blockchain and reduce transaction fees.
Technically speaking, the trend line in black has proved to be a stubborn resistance and hammered the price action down throughout the past three months. SKL needs to gather all the strength it can muster to break through this resistance. Also, I can see the possibility of a parabola developing. The possibility of golden crosses between EMA50 & EMA100 and MA50 & MA100 speaks of a bright future ahead. MACD is posing a divergence in the positive zone. However, RSI is on the verge of entering the overbought zone. Volume is gradually picking up. I suspect that something massive is brewing.

If the channel break downward then 200MA can hold it and make a reverse head and shoulders pattern , then break the trend line !!

Short-Term Bearish Position.A while back i spotted a Bullish Bat on this asset and began buying and since then we have seen a lot of upside but now on the short term i think we will be seeing a moderate bearish reversal and i will be going short taking some profits on some of my bullish position.

A good entry is at (0.2- 0.202), this was the perfect entry published yesterday but sad none was able to leverage the prediction due to the restrictions on yesterday's post. Skl has been consolidating btw 0.234 - 0.244, you can take a long

SKALE Network Has Revealed Another Clue For A Huge RallyDown channel:
Since March 2021 the price action of SKL is moving in a down channel. After applying the volume profile on the complete price action moving within this channel, we can see the result that the volume profile is showing very less interest of the traders close to the support of this channel and the point of control of the volume profile is above the resistance of this channel and we have very strong interest of the traders even above the resistance. The price action can follow the point of control which can lead to a big break up. There is also a 100 simple moving average resistance at the same level where we have the resistance of down channel.
Small Shark:
On the daily time frame chart, the price action of SKL has formed the final leg of bullish Shark. Therefore a reversal move is possible from here.
Big BAT:
On the weekly time frame chart, the price action has of SKL has formed a big bullish BAT pattern.
As per the Fibonacci sequence the buy and sell targets for this bullish BAT can be as below:
Buy between: $0.2898 to $0.1684
Sell between: $0.5794 to $1. 01
The maximum extent of potential reversal zone $0.1684 can be used as stop loss. As per the above targets, this trade has a huge profit possibility of up to 499%, and the loss possibility is 42% but at this time it is 22% as the priceline is moving at $0.2240.
Conclusion:
Even though the price action is moving in the down channel channel for the long time period. But now we are having two harmonic bullish reversal patterns formed. One is on the daily time frame another one is on the weekly time frame. These harmonic moves are signaling to a big break from this down channel

We did update before about the doge since 0,004 when doge did start to increase, and we did go with the before trend and have seen doge increase as Elon musk did promote the coin.
SKL is a sleeping giant that is not so known as dodge - We from a watch trend expect that SKL can hit 1 USD before Doge can do that.

Out of this challenge - SKL is very undervalued in the price, and we expect with time we will see great increase trends on it.
This update means not that we will bring doge into the lower trend - doge can show also good increases as they did show before also, but if we can choose between these 2, then we go for SKL.
