$PLTR - Bearish WEEKLY Head & Shoulder in Play, Target $9.50a crystal clear head and shoulder pattern looks like it is playing out. Short at neckline break. If it breaks look for a potential downside of the length from head to neckline which also coincidentally lines up with the trend line at around $9.50. Also, you can see that the MACD also made a bearish death cross and the squeeze mod is also curling under which is bearish.Shortby TheTradingStar445

PALANTIR Next break above the 1D MA50 is a buy signal.Palantir (PLTR) has been trading within the 1D MA50 (blue trend-line) - 1D MA100 (green trend-line) range since August 09. This consolidation is technically the bottom formation near the Higher Lows trend-line of the long-term Channel Up. Last time the price traded below the 1D MA50 for that long was from November 17 2022 to January 17 2023. The 1D RSI sequences between now and then are indentical on Channel Up patterns. Onve the price broke above the 1D MA50 for the 2nd time, it started a rebound that peaked within the 1.236 - 1.382 Fibonacci zone. As a result, we will wait for as long as it takes (most likely will be very soon) for one more break above the 1D MA50 in order to buy and target $22.35 (1.236 Fibonacci level). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ** Please LIKE 👍, FOLLOW ✅, SHARE 🙌 and COMMENT ✍ if you enjoy this idea! PLTR: Hit plenty of resistance Struggling to keep at current levels as shown by the H&S pattern. We've gone up over 100% this year. Down she comes for a nice reset to buy back in. Keep in mind that this company flows tightly with the macro economy. So when there is overall fear in the air, selling off occurs significantly. That said when things are looking up price movements are significantly stronger. Shortby HassiOnTheMoon0

BEARISH CASE*** + PLTR never filled the GAP from which the upward move started. Very likely price will trade back to that level, or somewhat below to the single digits - because the GAP is in line with the origination zone + We also observe decreasing trading volumes plus a bearish head & shoulder formation on the D timeframe. 4-hour chart analysis of Palantir Technologies Inc. (NYSE: PLTR)A geometry-based approach, focusing on trendlines drawn from significant peaks and lows. By utilizing these trendlines, we aim to uncover potential insights into the stock's price movement. Geometry-Based Trendlines Analysis: Palantir (PLTR) 4-Hour Chart 1. Peaks and Lows Identification: We begin by identifying prominent price peaks and lows within the specified time frame. These key turning points provide a foundation for drawing trendlines that capture the stock's directional movement. 2. Upward Trendlines: Drawing trendlines connecting consecutive higher lows can reveal an upward trend. This trendline serves as a dynamic support level, indicating potential buying opportunities as the stock tends to respect this line during pullbacks. 3. Downward Trendlines: Conversely, trendlines connecting lower highs may expose a downward trend. Such a trendline acts as a resistance level, signaling potential selling zones as the stock encounters selling pressure near this line. 4. Triangle Patterns: As trendlines converge, triangular patterns may emerge. A symmetrical triangle indicates indecision between buyers and sellers, with a potential breakout in either direction. An ascending triangle suggests upward momentum, while a descending triangle hints at potential bearishness. 5. Trendline Breakouts: A breakout occurs when the stock's price breaches a trendline, often accompanied by increased volume. This can signal a shift in momentum and potential trend reversal. 6. Support and Resistance Validation: As the stock's price interacts with trendlines, it confirms the validity of these lines as support or resistance levels. Multiple touches increase the significance of these levels. 7. Pattern Confirmation: By combining trendlines with other technical indicators, such as moving averages or oscillators, we can validate potential trends and anticipate reversals more effectively. 8. Price Targets: Measuring the distance between the widest points of a pattern, such as a triangle, can provide potential price targets upon a breakout. These projections help traders set realistic expectations for potential gains. 9. Risk Management: Geometry-based trendlines can aid in setting stop-loss levels. Placing stop-loss orders slightly below support trendlines (in the case of long positions) or above resistance trendlines (for short positions) helps manage risk. 10. Adaptive Strategy: Continuously adjust trendlines as new peaks and lows form, ensuring the analysis remains current and aligned with the evolving price action. It's important to combine this analysis with other technical and fundamental factors for a comprehensive view before making trading decisions. Always remember that trading carries inherent risks and requires careful consideration of individual risk tolerance and investment goals.by mindfree3

PLTR insider selling head and shouldersWith top brass selling massively, it doesn't bode well for the short term. Expect a slight pop next week followed by the selloff. Plus I heard news that a share buy-back is in the works. Pattern shows this has been planned for some time and the hedge funds will bring this down with the recent short interests that have reportedly increased. Look for nines before next earnings. This is not investment advice, but for entertainment and education only.by Nobueno1
