CNN Money's Fear and Greed Index showed an improvement in overall market sentiment, moving into the "Greed" zone. TSLA stocks showed even more positive momentum, gaining 5.15% yesterday. Recall that on 2nd July we noted that the TSLA price: → Was still within a descending channel (shown in red); → But was showing strong momentum, having crossed the median of the red channel and forming an ascending channel (shown in blue). Since then, the TSLA price has: → Surpassed the upper boundary of the descending channel, breaking out of the downward trend it had been in since late 2021; → Continued to form a bullish channel, reaching its upper boundary last week. Can TSLA Maintain Its Recent Highs? Little bit more room to run BUT, Let The Mind Games Start.I LOVE watching the process of a stock bottom for long term or short term regardless of market condition. Elon is doing EVERYTHING in his power to save Tesla, he has been canceling giga factories, cutting payroll and reducing prices. This is the only way companies that depend on lower rates can survive during times like these. Tesla is here to stay but how far do we go???? I think I know the area. My orange lines below mark the final zone I can see it in and if it break that, oh christ will it be bad to the black lines. We are almost at the under valued area for tesla, buy now and on the way down.....

Tesla UpdateIn my midday update last Friday, I mentioned that price has at least for now bounced off of the 0.854 retracement fib @ $236.82. It has yet to move higher or lower and my prior thought still stands. We're either in a mini-wave 2 or still in wave iv. I feel the prior is more likely, but the ALT (turquoise) iv is still on the chart for a reason. As mentioned in a prior post, if this is mini-wave 2, then we should be targeting the larger 1.618 @ $299.56. If this is still wave iv then we should move towards the 0.382 retracement fib @ $230.06. I currently hold just 40 shares with the majority bought around $171. If price drops more towards the 0.382, I will probably buy more. If price continues to move in a standard pattern I will most likely sell about half of my shares @ the 1.618 and rebuy when the upcoming wave 4 is nearing completion. The key phrase here is, "if price continues in a standard pattern".

To determine the number of weeks between April 29, 2024, and June 28, 2024, we calculate the number of days between these dates and then convert that to weeks. From April 29, 2024, to June 28, 2024: 1. April 29 to April 30: 2 days (30 - 29 + 1) 2. May 1 to May 31: 31 days 3. June 1 to June 28: 28 days Total number of days: 2 + 31 + 28 = 61 days To convert days to weeks, we divide by 7: 61 days % 7 = 8.71 weeks Therefore, the total duration between April 29, 2024, and June 28, 2024, is approximately 8.71 weeks. No wonder it is overvaluedTo be honest I do not personally trade stocks and indices, but I sure can let you guys have my insight on it. With a P/E of 61+ and a P/B of 12.2, Tesla is extremely above the mark where it should actually be. This recent weekly bounce is the evidence that Tesla has gained above the real valuation and it might undergo a fall. Therefore, my opinion on Tesla is that it should go <200 again around 170 where the most recent demand area exists. For those who trade it, you should be confident to short it but please I request again and again, ensure proper risk management!

TSLA: Triangle or flat?A temporary top is most likely in for TSLA. However, it is not going to be a 90% crash in my opinion. Love or hate Elon Musk, his antiques often hurt the share price and this time is no different. So far, the price action has been beautifully filling out a triangle pattern. And if the last leg of the correction is due, then price should not break below the $146 low. Ideally, price should find support on the upward trend line somewhere around $160 in the next 4-5 months to complete the triangle pattern and give us the wave five toward 1.618 fib level of the cycle degree wave 1 to complete cycle degree wave 3. The target could be whatever Cathey or other bulls have been telling us for years. For now, we need to watch the support levels. Below $160 we need to watch $146. If that breaks, then $100 comes in the picture. If that breaks, then $64 will be the last stand. If that breaks, then $26. But, right now, let's see how the correction plays out. If it a triangle, the E leg should be shortest in length and time. If it a flat, then C wave should be strongest and sharpest and might give the impression that the levels I mentioned above might come in play but won't happen.

Technical perspectiveFrom technical perspective Tesla is doing fine. Still in uptrend and if it breaks in the near future ~300 mark, then I really believe that it can shoot up to ~500 mark. I know that this is long term , but sometimes You just have to zoom out and look at the bigger picture. All the news, analysts and everyday " dust " - You need to wipe it off for a second to see a clearer picture. Only way how I can see that it goes to ~500 mark is: AI Robotaxi is a great idea , but in my mind it is still in a babies shoes - it`s like a medicine: You can`t sell the product when You are not convinced that it works 100% ( 99% is not enough - it will start to make problems) Musk have a generous head - but too confident .. Anyways, good luck to all!
