TAO, the next wave rises...Today I want to write about Bittensor (TAO), one of the leading AI tokens. TAO is a decentralized artificial intelligence-based network that integrates blockchain technology with AI. Many specialists believe AI will shape the future of blockchain technology. So, generally, it is a good idea to keep this coin in our watchlist. TAO growth around 190% in 30 days (230 - 680), then had a pull back to 470. After that a strong and valid cannel shaped in 4h timeframe, as you see in chart. Now, it fluctuates at end of channel. If the market conditions are stable, the next move is likely to be upward to midline of channel (637) and then the top of channel (739). Follow the chart. bittensor (TAO): Bearish Or Bullish? EMAs & MACDConditions can be slightly mixed on this chart as the pattern is a rising wedge but can also transform into a continuation pattern... bittensor (TAOUSDT) produced a high 7-Oct. and has been shaking since. While there can be additional growth we have a majority of the recent candles closing red as well as rising bearish volume. Total growth since the 5th of August goes beyond 300% so a correction, even if just short-term, wouldn't be surprising at this point. We see a close below EMA8 and EMA13, which are fast moving averages. The RSI is trending down while the MACD looks weak. I am considering additional indicators because the chart is young and we do not have enough data coming from the candles. Let's look at the daily MACD: (Peaked late September and already produced a bearish cross.) The probabilities favor the bears at this point. Namaste.

This suggests a false breakout. It’s best to wait and observe how the price behaves around the POC at 544. If the price holds above the POC and we observe strong bullish patterns, an upward move is possible. However, if it breaks below the POC, further downward movement is likely. Note: Bitcoin's price has been trending downward over the past few weeks, with a significant long bearish wick recently. Since many coins, including TAO, have a strong correlation with BTC, a move below the POC could signal a potential downside.

Strong Support and Breakout Retest Suggest Bullish Continuation In the daily chart, it’s unlikely the price will drop, as strong support was found at 220 from April to October. The current state is a breakout retest of the major resistance at 615. On the 4-hour chart, the price has been ranging for two weeks, with 602 acting as new support. A strong bearish wick appeared on October 7 at 1pm, but high volume has not yet confirmed it. On the 1-hour chart, from 670, the price did not return to the value zone quickly (as candles shows some hesistation), indicating some buying interest between 604 and 630, suggesting buying pressure. A bearish wick with high volume appeared at 4pm, suggesting that greater demand level is around 600 than 610. Consider entering a long trade around 600, with a take-profit target at 640

TAO Takes the Lead: Shifting Focus to the Top AI RunnerI was hesitant to post this setup since it’s already done a 2x from the lows. I completely overlooked GETTEX:TAO as a major runner in #AI, so I stuck with NYSE:FET instead. But now I see that GETTEX:TAO has a much stronger chart and greater potential. Both the weekly and monthly charts show confirmations, with the monthly possibly reaching over $1500. The daily just printed another trend, with $715 as the first target, and it’s likely to hit another ATH. It’s clear that this one is the leading AI mover, so I’ll shift some funds into this. I plan to ladder in my buys and hope for a retest at $545.

bittensor: A Local Top?I am looking at the shorter timeframes on this pair, 1H and 4H, and it seems the formation of a local top is present. On the daily timeframe, the main chart above, there is also some mixed action happening after a 275% bullish wave in a matter of 57 days. The Cryptocurrency market is wild and unpredictable and tends to produce massive growth, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a retrace or correction after two months of growth with a period of straight up. The correction can be mild but fast in order for the pair to resume its growth. These are early signals and require looking deep into this chart. It is mixed to say the least but after strong growth, we tend to see a retrace, even if it is a small one. Namaste.
