Emilia Development (O.F.G.) Ltd. is a holding company, which engages in the management and operation of distribution, industrial, and logistics portfolios. It operates through the following segments: Drainage and Sanitation, Industry Services, Logistic Services, and Others. The Drainage and Sanitation segment distributes pipes, pipe accessories, fittings, connectors, valves, metals, and steels. The Industry Services segment is involved in the distribution of chemicals, transportation and storage of raw materials, provision of laboratory services, and removal and treatment of hazardous waste. The Logistic Services segment offers logistics services in Israel and abroad through warehouses and container and cargo terminals. The Others segment is composed of the group's investments in Platsiv and the Tana Fund. The company was founded on 8 April, 1945 and is headquartered in Ramat Gan, Israel.
