TomoChain OutlookTomo retested its previous breakout area from June and has started to form a handle. Volume has dropped off over the last week or so, but that is expected after a failed attempt at retaking the trend.
I am expecting one last, quick dip, before it takes off from here, but my guess is that this has bottomed for now.
