This fund primarily invests in ETFs from Evolve, that directly or indirectly hold digital assets. The manager determines securities for inclusion based on the availability of investment funds it manages and may change over time. The portfolio may include Bitcoin ETF (EBIT) and Ether ETF (ETHR), the ETFs holdings are priced based on the CME Group and Crypto Facilities Bitcoin Reference Rate and CME CF Ether-Dollar Reference Rate. Generally, the rates are based on a once-a-day benchmark index price denominated in USD. A geographically diverse set of spot prices are included in the calculation and are calculated daily based on trades place on certain approved trading platforms during 15:00-16:00 London Time. The one-hour window is divided equally into twelve 5 minute segments. Each segment has a volume weighted median (VWM). The value is expressed as the arithmetic mean of the 12 VWMs. The fund is market cap weighted and will be rebalanced monthly.
