The fund offers a growth-skewed take on equities from developed markets outside the US and Canada. It holds dividend-paying stocks ranked by quality (3-year average return-on-equity and return-on-assets) and growth (long-term earnings growth estimates). In addition, firms earnings yield must also exceed its dividend yield a measure of dividend sustainability. The top 300 names make the cut and receive weights according to their dividend payouts over the preceding year. Each constituent is capped at 5% weight and no single country or sector receives more than 20% weight at each annual rebalance.
