The fund provides exposure to a portfolio of ultra-short term US treasury bills. It exclusively holds USD-dominated, government-backed securities with maturities of 90 days or less that are selected and weighted using a rules-based security selection methodology. Constituents also undergo a screening process to guarantee liquidity and low transaction fees. The fund is actively managed with the investment manager aiming to maintain a target duration within a certain band for the fund. It does not hedge its USD exposure back to CAD, and will also not utilize any sort of derivatives nor short securities. The fund is a great choice for investors who want ultra-short term US treasurys exposure.
