Trump's foreign tariffs against US imports include 'Currency Manipulation and Trade Barriers'.

The calculation include VAT/GST (ie: Sales Tax in the USA), which do not target any exporting countries in particular.

Trump just want to apply as much tariff as possible, and this is confirmed by Scott Bessent: "this is the high end of the number".
