USDCLP: Downtrend continuation shortUSDCLP has traced a nice downtrend, and now with commercial hedgers net long copper I expect excellent continuation into the lows. Target is on chart, the time at mode signal specifies a slightly higher target, but there's potential to reach the red arrow below. Shout out to my mate Tom Killick, he's frequently trading this pair. Check out his posts, definitely a trader worth following. Good luck if taking this trade. USDCLP long term relationship SPYas we can seen is a kind of relationship waiting ( is not perfect of course a like all the relations cheap ) the SP and the currency of the latin countries ( for that sample we put it the pair : USD/ CLP chilean money ) So. every time the SP is an upward trend for a long term (several years) the Latin currencies are desfavorecidad VS the USdollar, and in turn it can be observed when the SP has a bearish trend , Then the synchronization efect is it not perfect at all, but the effect it is clear in the long time.

#USDCLP: Expecting Shorts For The Longer Term #Copper #ForexTraders With USDCLP showing bearish intention at this very moment, and the idea that it is showing a rounding appearance, suggests to me that this correction may be a longer term correction, and we can use this for not only a short term profit maker, but a longer term investment also for longer term profits. We can use USDCLP moves with my favorite correlation, which is Copper. We can short USDCLP against longing Copper, but timing is key. This correlation is not ready to go yet, and in my professional opinion we want to see what happens with USDCLP when it retests the upside at the 50MA. If it fails and comes down, it means in terms of cycles, USDCLP is most probably looking for its mean price, and I expect that will cause a critical correction and will be strong and very profitable. I also think, the gravity of the move will force Copper from it's hump and into the light, with an up move, well earned, after a massive long term down move we have seen. USDCLP:Watch Closely For Reversal Against Copper In Near Future!Traders This analysis won't be effective immediately, and it may take some time for set ups to occur, this is a watch list situation traders. With Copper potentially reversing, we could find an opportunity to short Chilean Peso as well. This can be done in a way where we can easily offset risk in trading long, short here. Chilean Peso today has shown weakness as Copper's correction is still in progress... A bigger correction in Copper could mean a good trade here against the Chilean Peso counterpart, and could result in a nice investment. Copper, is still in reaction, and we are hoping for a high close today in copper to confirm the reversal off the morning star signal, that will bring copper out of the lows it's been in for so long. When Copper confirms, we will wait, and validate potential shorting areas in Chilean Peso too. Copper has been struggling, and is in an area of major lows of 6 or so years... Something to bear in mind when deciding this trade.. Best of luck, Tom
