NKL2 trade ideas

Nikola 7.8.22This has popped up on my radar and i'm not quite sure why. I dont particularly ever play stonks. But i have begun to take a position . Can it go down further? maybe. the issue i have is its already been curb stomped 95 percent. It is a functional company that does produce a functional product and family of electric and hydrogen vehicles. At current marketcap it seems stupidly underpriced. I still need to learn more about it but for now i do like what i see and the partnerships it is creating

NKLA 3/30/22In a massive long-term downtrend. Price is currently in downtrend rejecting dynamic resistance in 200ema. This is a great chart on how to use Stochastic indicator: In downtrend, when price pulls back to dynamic resistance and stochastic is over-bought, this is cue to enter trade short. The past 4 times now price has pulled back to dynamic resistance of 200ema and stochastic has been in “over-bought” territory, price has made a down move. We are currently at 200ema and stochastic is in over-bought. Today’s candlestick closed a gravestone doji. Cue to enter short. Will be entering trade short. Entry: 11.12 Stop loss: 12.60 Target: 7.07, +36.48%, 2.76 RR ratio

Where does this NKLA run stop?Nikola has been on fire since announcing that the assembly line has started building trucks (200-500 trucks expected this year) while still working on phase 2 of building the plant. The stock price had been consolidating between 6.50 and 8.50, but with favorable market conditions NKLA ran all the way to 11.50 today at one point. I don't expect the price to keep climbing though, many rallies have stalled in the 11.50-12 range in the past year and i expect that resistance level to hold. Assuming that resistance level holds i'll be looking for a pullback to 9 (ideally) or 9.70 to add more shares before a next leg up which could be all the way up to 15 which would complete a stretched out inverse h&s pattern. While the inverse h&s pattern may not play out i still believe that 9s will be a good place to add shares if a pullback happens. Fundamentally NKLA has turned a corner and i believe the stock price is going to reflect that change in the coming year. GLTA

Did NKLA finally bottom? Nikola may have finally put a bottom in around 6.50, it's backtested that region multiple times and it's been rallying hard since the last backtest. NKLA presented the public with a very big update on the future of the company today, they talk about how many trucks would be built at the coolidge facility as well as talking about current phase of construction going on at the facitlity and future additions to the building as well(NKLA is building the factory in 4 phases, phase 1 has been completed already). They gave updates on their energy partnerships with and other collaborations with pipeline companies to help with their goal of refining and delivering hydrogen fuel for the FCEV truck, also they gave updates on the Tre BEV and announced they'll build 200-500 Tre BEVs in 2022 and are pace to deliver 2000 Tre BEVs in 2023 as well delivering their first FCEV series trucks out of coolidge. With Nikola presenting the impressive amounts of progress this past year combined with aggressive timelines they've outlined this stock may have finally bottomed out. Nikola rallied hard into close on the heels of the presentation closing with a price of 10.16, this stock may have finally turned the corner and put the milton drama in the past.

NKLA 2/21/2022NKLA I wonder how many bag holders are still holding on to dear life to this thing hoping it returns to its highs. NKLA was a Covid champion. Price soared from 11.00 to 92.00 between April 2020 thru June 2020. Since then, it’s been blood tears for the bag holders. Price came crashing back to 30.00 by Aug 2020. It moved sideways for another month before breaking down late Sept. 2020 By November 2020, price pulled back to support at 30.00 and turned it into resistance. A death cross occurred during that time further confirming the bearish market. Price then entered a downtrend. The initial downtrend had pullback rejecting the 200ema, but the downtrend seems to be intensifying. Currently, the price has pulled back to the 50ema in from of a bear flag. The price is also rejecting the 0.382 fib level. This will be my que to enter trade. Entering trade short Entry: 7.97 Stop loss: 9.11 Target: 6.67 – 16.31% RR ratio 1.14

NKLA - Bumps Leaps Flags 🏳️Interesting to watch NKLA trend change over time since the blow off top. First there were deep crashes followed by bumpy V shaped recoveries. And those recoveries impulsed into leaps that tagged the 200DMA. Then as the leaps became smaller we had a drifting up and sideways flaggy bottom. And then the leaps weakened as the 200DMA pressed down. And now there are no leaps, only flags and capitulations. Those capitulations will likely lead to deeper capitulations and at some point the selling climax which I think will be around $2. Not advice.

NKLA - Is a (dark) Phenix?If we look at the consequent lower maximum price for NASDAQ:NKLA , we can see that the trading pressure is lowering too: indeed, the time between each max-price and the following is increasing. Usually, when this happens means that the traders are liquidating their positions and then not coming back. Considering all the scandals in which this company was involved in, that's quite reasonable. --- BUT --- Will they come back? In my opinion, it depends on the next earnings: EARNING +: If the company will provide proofs of good conduit, reaching the targets and being in line with their schedule, we can see a huge bounce up in the price of the company; EARNING =: If it will release a just below the line results, essentially the bull-bear match will be rescheduled to the next earnings; in this case we will see a price ranging from recent max-min prices; EARNING -: If it won't meet most of the targets, we will see falling the price probably under 4$. However, I believe in the new management, so I prepend for the EARNING + exit; let's go!
