ULTA reached the level above 300$ very stable and follows the fibonacci. There is a good opportunity to reach the ATH again.
Support and resistance shows very well and clearly.
For the February-through-April period, Ulta is likely to post a head-turning sales growth number -- most analysts who follow the stock have forecast a revenue spike of nearly 40% year over year to $1.6 billion. Sales were only down modestly year over year in the prior quarter. But that's still a low bar to clear, given how far revenue slumped in 2020's fiscal first quarter due to widespread store closings during the early lockdown phase of the pandemic in the U.S. Ulta would need over $1.74 billion in sales to post growth compared to its fiscal 2019 Q1 result.
The bigger question is whether the makeup industry is still reeling from COVID-19's impact. Executives were cautiously optimistic in mid-March that a rebound was building as customers re-engaged with Ulta's spa services and makeup products. "Beauty enthusiasts still value the human connection," incoming CEO Dave Kimbell told investors. We might see some support for that argument in rising customer traffic numbers for fiscal Q1. For context, traffic fell 12% through January.

$ULTA ER gap aboveULTA is currently on a rising wedge that needs to break out of, or we'll see a breakdown on shorter timeframes. Stoch RSI seems a bit toppish and it's looking like it might trade around this range for a while, until we get some decent volume or a catalyst. A breakout higher this week above post ER high's should be a great signal to go long to fill the gap above. Will be watching closely to hold these levels unless that rising wedge proves to be bearish. Looking at long dated calls for this strategy as well as puts if below 314.5.
ULTA over 325.00ULTA has been building an inverted head and shoulders pattern after a bad earnings reaction in March leaving a gap above. If this can follow through over 325.00 with volume we could see a nice move. 50% fib can serve as stop loss.

ULTA breaking out of trend channel, target 350 for wave 3Constructive start on ULTA after being trapped within the trend channel for a couple of weeks. Also good backtest of the upper resistance, suggesting a potential for a bullish start. We could potentially be coming up on the wave 5 ending for the cyan count, and could see a small pullback to complete the green wave 2. From there, next targets are the green wave 3 to 350, and then the blue wave 3 to 400.
