I am glad I put some of my money from crypto to silver few months ago for days like these.
Now situation is not how to make money but how to safe current wealth. In the chart we can see that DXY is rising and Gold is rising, when usualy
DXY up, gold is down, but this time is different because of inflation, not because of healthy economic factors. GOLD is not falling because of inflation
and DXY is rising because of trust of dollar, trust dollar only because interest rate up, that means more valuable dollar, because interest rate compensates inflation
It says alot about dollar.
FED does not have any choices than rise rates, which means stronger dollar and bancrupting companies.
Please remember that Buffet holding a lot of cash, guess for what? Yes inflation is destroing him billions in cash, but
we and businesses pay for the inflation in advance and this is how he will recover and will make more by investing in stocks maybe crypto and other assets.
Many people whould love to be in Buffet situation at the moment when having much of they wealth in dollars (I mean not having billions, but having most of your wealth in dollars),
because FED is your friend today.
Dollar will colapse for sure, but it does not say anything, everything would say if we know when it will happen. I guess the key moment will be US election in 2022 autumn ...

XAU/USD EXTREME CASEAnalysis: This is a pure speculative technical view about GOLD using the fractal from BITCOIN after the COVid-19 market crash reversal. I am not saying that it is an impossible outcome, considering the LUMBER price rise/Palladium bull market. I am not sure how much time it should take for this RUN, but I will have a strong attention on GOLD and Silver for sure. Once we will have the Crypto crash it can boost the price of precious metals in the upcoming months. I am targeting the 2300$ level. Any taughts?
GOLD - Time To Sell !!!The geopolitical event has helped gold to set a new all time high (what would probably happen anyways at some point). Right now people are very scared, and are fomo buying commodities like metals, oil, gas futures, and so on... right at their all time highs. Think about it... they make retail investors sell equities at their local bottoms to FOMO buy commodities at their tops.
Given that everything has become more expensive, especially OIL, this could drive more inflation (money printing) in a short term, eventually resulting in equities going up and commodities going down (in this example gold). But only for a short period of time (few weeks to maybe months).
Structurally Gold could be doing the same reversal pattern we saw with Bitcoin topping at 69k. I've put btc price topping next to the gold chart so you can see how simmilar they are. I am trying to be a head of the croud here. Very simmilar structure could play out like this. My call is a BIG sell for gold right now.
I might be wrong but there are just to much confluences in the market right now between equities and commodities.

Short XAU/EUR after small correctionAs can be seen on the chart, the XAU/EUR is in the middle of correcting a five-wave decline that should take prices towards 1615/25 before the resumption of the down move. Whether the move lower is the third wave of an impulsive decline or the C wave of a corrective decline doesn't matter, the XAU/EUR should go lower.
If the pair breaks above 1642, our analysis would be wrong and we would exit the trade.
As a result, I would enter a short position at 1620, with a stop loss at 1644 and a take profit at 1584.
