GOLD - Price will make correction movement to support levelHi guys, this is my overview for XAUUSD, feel free to check it and write your feedback in comments👊 Some time ago price started to grow inside a rising channel, where it soon reached $2940 support level and broke it. Then it some time traded near this level and then continued to grow in channel and soon reached resistance line of channel. Soon, Gold reached the $3055 level and then corrected to the channel's support line, after which it turned around. XAU reached $3055 level again and broke it, aftr which continued to grow and recently, it reached almost resistance line. But soon, it turned around and started to decline, so, in my mind, Gold can continue to decline to $3055 level. Gold’s Unsustainable Rally: A Strong Correction Ahead? In my analysis yesterday, I explained that XAU/USD is significantly deviated from the mean, with its 20-period moving average nearly 1,500 pips below the current price. This level of divergence is unsustainable. As always, trading against the trend is risky—especially when there’s no clear guide, such as a resistance level, to structure the trade. Although my sell trade from yesterday hit its stop loss this morning, my outlook remains the same: a strong correction is likely. Looking at a smaller time frame, we can see that Gold has risen sharply since last week, gaining 1,000 pips. The 3,125–3,130 zone is acting as a key short-term confluence support. At the time of writing, the price is hovering just above this level with significant volatility. Typically, strong volatility signals potential reversals, and considering all factors, a downward move is highly probable. In conclusion, I maintain my expectation of a strong downside reversal. A break below the confluence support would confirm this move, and I anticipate at least a 500+ pip drop in the coming days. With that in mind, I will be looking to re-enter short. THE KOG REPORT - NFPTHE KOG REPORT – NFP This is our view for NFP, please do your own research and analysis to make an informed decision on the markets. It is not recommended you try to trade the event if you have less than 6 months trading experience and have a trusted risk strategy in place. The markets are extremely volatile, and these events can cause aggressive swings in price. It’s been a decent week on the markets even with extreme movement we’ve managed to navigate the charts and end yesterday with a what looks like a full house of targets completed. For that reason, we have made the decision to not come back to the markets until next week. We’re sharing the levels, they are extreme, but it’s moving like there’s no tomorrow. Take it with a pinch of salt, less experienced traders, don’t even think about it. NFP and FOMC are the days most traders lose money and blow accounts, can you imagine what can happen during these market conditions. Key level here 3135 to 3140, price needs to break above and support to target 3155-65, which in this scenario can be broken so above that the extreme level 3190-95. Below, the break of 3110, this time could give us the breaker swing attempting to break and hold below 3000, this is what we ideally want to see, with price attempting to target that 3050 level again. THE KOG REPORT - NFP UpdateEnd of day update from us here at KOG: An absolutely crazy day on the markets with Gold continuing the move it started and completing hopefully now at the extreme level we wanted on the KOG Report. Our indicators were screaming short, we obliged and then waited for the lower level to give us a 90pip bounce initially with the support still holding us up. We now have support below at 3020-18 which if broken can take us down into 3010 for another potential RIP, otherwise, resistance here stands at the 3050-55 level which if targeted will need to break to go higher! We're done for another successful week on the markets and will be back on Sunday for the KOG Report and our view for the week ahead. Wishing you all a great weekend and as always, trade safe. Gold Technical Outlook: Bounce Likely Before Deeper Drophello guys. The recent price action on gold suggests a potential short-term upward move, followed by a possible continuation to lower levels based on key technical factors: 🔹 1. Channel Support Touched – Expecting a Bounce Price has touched the bottom boundary of the ascending channel, which has acted as dynamic support throughout this trend. This technical level often brings in buyers, suggesting we may see a relief rally or bounce from this area. 🔹 2. Targeting Upper Blue Zones If this upward correction materializes, price could reach: The first blue resistance area around 3,090 – 3,100. Possibly the second zone near 3,120, which aligns with previous structure and minor volume resistance. These zones offer ideal points for watching price reaction—either rejection for shorts or breakout confirmation. 🔹 3. Potential for Further Downside If the price gets rejected from one of those resistance areas, we could see a move down to: The low-volume zone below 3,000, specifically the support at 2,965. The lack of volume profile in this area (as shown on the left) suggests that once price enters this zone, it can drop quickly due to thin liquidity. 📌 Conclusion Short-term bullish: bounce from channel support targeting 3,090–3,120. Mid-term bearish bias: If rejection occurs in resistance zones, anticipate a drop to 2,965 or even lower. Watch for confirmations on lower timeframes to refine entry and exit points.

Later, Gold broke resistance and continued to rise, reaching the upper boundary of the price channel. After touching $3076 zone, price turned around and exited the channel with a strong bearish impulse. Recently, it made a breakout below $3055 level and bounced from the area without a strong upward reaction. Now Gold trades below resistance zone and holds under broken channel, forming local bearish structure. In my opinion, Gold can continue to decline and reach $2920 points during the next wave down. GOLD ROUTE MAP UPDATEHey Everyone, A fantastic start to the week with our chart idea playing out perfectly inline with our trading plans. We started the day with our Bullish target 3090 hit, followed with 3103 and then cross and lock confirmation to complete 3117. We also got the cross and lock above 3117 to open 3128 and just fell short of a pip. We will keep this full gap in mind, as we continue with our plans to buy dips Rejection at this level will see lower Goldlturns tested and likely continue to see bounces on the weighted Goldturn levels, which we can use inline with our plans to buy dips. We will keep the above in mind when taking buys from dips. Our updated levels and weighted levels will allow us to track the movement down and then catch bounces up. We will continue to buy dips using our support levels taking 30 to 40 pips. As stated before each of our level structures give 20 to 40 pip bounces, which is enough for a nice entry and exit. If you back test the levels we shared every week for the past 24 months, you can see how effectively they were used to trade with or against short/mid term swings and trends. RSI 101: Scalping Strategy with RSI DivergenceFX:XAUUSD I'm an intraday trader, so I use the H1 timeframe to identify the main trend and the M5 timeframe for entry confirmation. How to Determine the Trend To determine the trend on a specific timeframe, I rely on one or more of the following factors: 1. Market Structure We can determine the trend by analyzing price structure: Uptrend: Identified when the market consistently forms higher highs and higher lows. This means price reaches new highs in successive cycles. Downtrend: Identified when the market consistently forms lower highs and lower lows. Price gradually declines over time. 2. Moving Average I typically use the EMA200 as the moving average to determine the trend. If price stays above the EMA200 and the EMA200 is sloping upwards, it's considered an uptrend. Conversely, if price is below the EMA200 and it’s sloping downwards, it signals a downtrend. 3. RSI I'm almost use RSI in my trading system. RSI can also indicate the phase of the market: If RSI in the 40–80 range, it's considered an uptrend. If RSI in 20 -60 range, it's considered a downtrend. In addition, the WMA45 of the RSI gives us additional trend confirmation: Uptrend: WMA45 slopes upward or remains above the 50 level. Downtrend: WMA45 slopes downward or stays below the 50 level. Trading Strategy With this RSI divergence trading strategy, we first identify the trend on the H1 timeframe: Here, we can see that the H1 timeframe shows clear signs of a new uptrend: Price is above the EMA200. RSI is above 50. WMA45 of RSI is sloping upward. To confirm entries, move to the M5 timeframe and look for bullish RSI divergence, which aligns with the higher timeframe (H1) trend. RSI Divergence, in case you're unfamiliar, happens when: Price forms a higher high while RSI forms a lower high, or Price forms a lower low while RSI forms a higher low. RSI divergence is more reliable when the higher timeframe trend remains intact (as per the methods above), indicating that it’s only a pullback in the bigger trend, and we’re expecting the smaller timeframe to reverse back in line with the main trend. Stop-loss: Set your stop-loss 20–30 pips beyond the M5 swing high/low. Or if H1 ends its uptrend and reverses. Take-profit: At a minimum 1R (risk:reward). Or when M5 ends its trend. You can take partial profits to optimize your gains: Take partial profit at 1R. Another part when M5 ends its trend. The final part when H1 ends its trend. Then gold made fake breakout to the downside, but soon returned back and started to grow strongly. It broke the upper line of the flat and entered a rising channel, forming a steady bullish movement. Later price touched $3160 resistance and bounced down, making correction to $3070 support area. Now gold trades inside rising channel and near $3070 level, showing signs of slowing the decline. THE KOG REPORT - Update End of day update form us here at KOG: Yesterday we shared the idea from Friday where we said we would stick with the plan as our trades we in and protected after being managed. We said, if we break below we'll wait lower again to target that region above 3050-55 which was achieved with that move we saw on the open, however, after the undercut low. Today we've taken a long again into the resistance level and then the indi's went crazy for the short on the red boxes which we gladly obliged to. A fantastic start to the week with Excalibur hitting on the nose down to where we are now. We now have resistance 2977-80 with support below 2945-50. We would like to see how we close, but a dip down overnight could give traders an opportunity to capture the long trade into the higher resistance. As always, trade safe. KOG
