We are seeing price play between two weighted levels with a gap above at 3032 and a gap below at 3015. We will need to see ema5 cross and lock on either weighted level to determine the next range. GOLD → Fading out before the news. Possible long-squeezeFX:XAUUSD continues its bullish trend, but locally, the movement is in a very narrow channel (wedge). To form a potential for further movement, the price may form a long-squeeze before or at the time of news... Fundamentally, gold remains a bullish asset due to the Fed's rate cut forecasts and economic risks associated with Trump's tariff policy. Gold hit a new high on Wednesday after the Fed reiterated plans to cut rates twice this year, raised its inflation forecast and worsened growth and employment estimates.The price is further supported by escalating geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, with Israel announcing the resumption of ground operations in Gaza. Gold is forming a bull market. Before further growth (before the news) the price may enter the liquidity zone (fvg, 3028, 3024), after which it will continue to grow. Dollar enters local correction before the news, which creates pressure on gold Resistance levels: 3046, 3051, 3056 Support levels: 3038, 3030, 3024 Price is forming a retest of the wedge support, which increases the chances of a breakdown. If the support fails to hold, the price may go down to the above support before rising further. But! THE KOG REPORT THE KOG REPORT: In last week’s KOG Report we said we would anticipate a potential curveball and that being that price may just support on the open at the immediate support level and give the move upside into the 3010 and above that 3020 region which was achieved. We then updated traders with the FOMC report suggesting a further move upside into the 3050-55 region which is where we suggested the potential short will come from. After the push up into the level and then some accumulation, Friday gave us the volume we needed to break away from the range and complete the move downside to end the week. Again, nearly all of our bias level targets were completed, the bias level worked well, Excalibur performed well and the red box indi’s worked a dream, even in the choppy market conditions. So, what can we expect in the week ahead? We have an issue with gold at the moment, although it’s broken the immediate range, it’s still above 3000 with a larger range low around the 2990 and below that 2970-75 region. That potential swing point below is an area of interest for us this week and leading up towards the end of the month. For that reason, if we can support at the first red box below, and continue the move that started on Friday up into those 3025, 3030 and above that 3035-7 price points we’ll want to monitor this careful for a reversal to form. If we can get it, an opportunity to add or take the short may be available to traders, this time in attempt to break below the 3000 level into those lower support level mentioned and shown on the chart, which also correspond with the red boxes. As many of you have seen over the last year or so, we’ve been sharing these indicator boxes on the 4H for the wider community for free, as they are extremely powerful in identifying turning points and entry and exit points for traders. So let’s keep an eye on them this week for the break and closes, RIP’s and rejections. We’re mostly looking for this one move to complete, however, there has to be a flip! This week, the flip is breaking above that 3035-37 level which will also be this week’s bias level. If we do breach, we’ll be looking at this to then continue higher, breaking 3050 and then resuming the move into the active Excalibur targets above which ideally, we don't want to see happen yet! So, we know we want higher, what we do want though is better entry levels for the longs, until then, if we can capture these short trades we’ll of course gratefully take them. GOLD in a Bullish Flag – Breakout Incoming?OANDA:XAUUSD is undergoing a corrective move as it tests the lower boundary of the ascending channel, which serves as dynamic trendline support. Lingrid | GOLD Weekly Price Action ForecastWe had another bullish week, marking the third consecutive week of gains. OANDA:XAUUSD market dropped and tested Tuesday's low, with the weekly candle closing near the 50% weekly range. Despite this, we still have a bullish candle and a higher close above the previous week's high level, demonstrating market dominance. This week, the market cleared above the 3000 level, and the chance of further upward movement seems quite high next week, especially if the market gaps up at the opening. On the daily timeframe, Friday's candle is bearish; however, it recovered by rebounding and closed near the 50% mark of Friday's range as well. Looking at the price action, the recent pullback is similar to what we saw at the beginning of this month, where price made a 1.70% pullback before continuing to push higher. This time we have a 1.90% pullback, suggesting continuation is expected. We have high-impact news that will influence the price, therefore we should stay vigilant. GOLD → Consolidation for continued growth. 3025?FX:XAUUSD is consolidating between 2981 - 2993. After strong growth there is no hint of a possible reversal, and consolidation above the channel boundary indicates readiness to continue growth The gold price remains below the record $3,005 but is supported by the trade war, geopolitical tensions and expectations of Fed policy easing. The escalating US conflict with Yemen, the escalation in Gaza and possible talks between Trump and Putin are boosting demand for defensive assets. China's stimulus is also supporting prices. U.S. retail sales data may influence the dollar and further gold movement, but investors are cautious in anticipation of the Fed meeting. GOLD DAILY CHART MID/LONG TERM UPDATEHey Everyone, This is an update on our daily chart idea that we are now tracking for a while now. If you have only started following us, please read the updates below at the bottom from previous weeks to see how effectively we have been tracking this. Last week we completed target to the channel top and stated that if we see ema5 lock outside the channel then we will look for support outside the channel on the channel top for a continuation. - This played out perfectly with ema5 cross outside of the channel top and then the channel top provided support for a continuation. We are now seeing no candle body close or ema5 lock above 3052 confirming the rejection and expect to see play between 3007 and 3052 to break and confirm our next range. This is the beauty of our Goldturn channels, which we draw in our unique way, using averages rather than price. This enables us to identify fake-outs and breakouts clearly, as minimal noise in the way our channels are drawn. We will use our smaller timeframe analysis on the 1H and 4H chart to buy dips from the weighted Goldturns for 30 to 40 pips clean. Ranging markets are perfectly suited for this type of trading, instead of trying to hold longer positions and getting chopped up in the swings up and down in the range. We will keep the above in mind when taking buys from dips. Our updated levels and weighted levels will allow us to track the movement down and then catch bounces up using our smaller timeframe ideas. Our long term bias is Bullish and therefore we look forward to drops from rejections, which allows us to continue to use our smaller timeframes to buy dips using our levels and setups. Mr Gold GoldViewFX LAST WEEK UPDATE The half line of our unique channel gave the perfect bounce into the next axis target at 2904, inline with our plans to buy dips just like we stated. We now have a body close once again with ema5 cross and lock above 2904 leaving the range above open. We will continue to look for support at the ascending half-line of the channel, as we climb into the range. PREVIOUS WEEKS UPDATE After completing our Bullish targets we stated that the channel top will act as resistance confirmed with ema5 rejection. A break of the channel top with ema5 would confirm a continuation and failure would confirm rejection. This allowed us to identify true breakouts against fake outs. We also stated that we need to keep in mind the channel half line below to establish floor to provide support for the range, should we continue to track further up. A break below the half line will open the lower part of the channel to establish floor on the channel bottom. The safest way to track this movement is by buying dips. - Once again this played out perfectly as we got the rejection on the channel top followed with the channel half line test, which gave the perfect bounce like we stated. We will now either look for a continuation from this bounce or a cross and lock below the half line for a break into the lower channel floor.

HelenP. I Gold will rise a little more and then drop to $2985Hi folks today I'm prepared for you Gold analytics. After analyzing this chart, we can see that the price spent some time trading within a consolidation range before rebounding from the support zone to the upper boundary of this range. It then hovered around this area for a while before starting to decline. In a short time, the price dropped to the trend line, breaking through Support 2 and exiting the consolidation phase. Following this, the price reversed from the trend line and began to rise, soon reaching Support 2 again, breaking above it, and consolidating near this level. Later, it broke below the trend line and declined toward the support zone. After that, Gold made a strong upward impulse toward Support 1, also breaking the trend line. Shortly after, it breached Support 1 and traded within the support zone for some time before resuming its upward movement. However, I anticipate that XAUUSD will rise slightly before reversing and dropping back to the support level, breaking the trend line. Based on this scenario, my goal is set at 2985 level. GOLD → Consolidation (correction) before growth to $3100FX:XAUUSD is going into consolidation after strong growth on the back of dollar correction. The metal may test deeper support areas before attempting a new high Gold is correcting, but remains in an uptrend The decline in quotations may be seen as a buying opportunity, given the economic uncertainty due to Trump's tariffs and expectations of Fed rate cuts. The Fed reiterated its forecast of two rate cuts in 2025 despite Powell's cautious comments. Gold is further supported by rising inflation risks and geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. Resistance levels: 3045, 3057 Support levels: 3024, trending, 3004 Reaction to support is weakening, even amid the uptrend. Gold may stay in this consolidation until the middle of next week, or it may try to break out of the consolidation to retest deeper support zones, such as the rising trend line or the 3004 imbalance zone, from which the growth may resume. The trend is generally bullish as the geopolitical situation remains tense and carries high risks. Friday saw a liquidation phase relative to the consolidation at 3024-3045. Reason: the White House is expected to revise tariff policy, easing measures against key trading partners. Negotiations over the conflict in eastern Europe, where the U.S. is a key link, also support the positive sentiment. On Monday, market attention will focus on Russia-US talks, as well as preliminary PMI data that could affect the global economic outlook. The focus is on the current consolidation and the 3024 level.
