MS Industrie AG is an investment holding company, which engages in engineering, automotive supply, and real estate activities. It operates through the following segments: Powertrain Technology, Ultrasonic Technology, and Services. The Powertrain Technology segment manufactures mechanical assemblies and components for the automotive industry. The Ultrasonic Technology segment offers ultrasound technology and modular systems. The Services segment provides services both for its own portfolio companies, as well as for external customers. MS Industrie was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Munich, Germany.
