ZECBTC | APEX | Symmetrical Triangle | Volatility Contraction Todays Analysis- ZECBTC – trading within a symmetrical triangle as it nears the apex. Points to consider: - Volatility Contracting (apex) - Consolidating above range median - 100 EMA (dynamic Resistance) - Declining Volume - RSI above 50 - Stochastics overextended As ZECBTC consolidates above range median, volatility is contracting as price coils into its apex where a break in either direction is probable. Historically, price has failed to break above the 100 EMA, thus another rejection upon re-test is probable. However, body candle closes/consolidation above this dynamic resistance is very bullish. Volume is clearly declining and currently below average, indicative of volatility expansion being imminent. A break in either direction needs to be backed by increasing volume to solidify legitimacy. RSI trading above 50, establishing consecutive higher lows showing increasing strength in the immediate market. Stochastic RSI currently overbought, however, this oscillator may remain overextended for a prolonged period. Overall, In my opinion, a long trade will be validated upon a successful S/R flip of the 100 EMA. What are your thoughts? Let me know in the comments below! ZECBTC 1D long setupTA explained ZEC vs BTC shows a clear reversal on the daily chart . After creating a double bottom it shows an impulse after a higher low. Currently at the bottom of a bull flag which is clear on the 4H chart. A lot of potential for an upside move. Also indicated some other interesting target levels. I will trade the first three but the higher ones can be traded with a lot of patience from this level as well. Zcash looks very bullish right now!- ZEC looks very bullish to me right now. It found support at the 0.236 fib level (where we also had a strong support provided by the VPVR) from which it rebounded and finally broke the descending trend line. This triggered a very bullish move to the upside today and it probably marks only the start of a much brighter bull run for Zcash. - The green boxes are areas of support & resistance provided by the VPVR. - The volume was on a downward trend until today and is just about to change its course. - Technically ZEC has the perfect setup for a bullish outcome in the near future and fundamentally the things are looking also very good. - The Heartwood upgrade is on the horizon and will be activated this summer, at the block 903,000 (mid-July). Furthermore, the halving is expected to happen in November this year. Historically, the months before the halving were very bullish for the coins which have the halving integrated into the protocol, like Bitcoin and Litecoin. My first target would be 0.00585. Second target - 0.00685. Third target - 0.00700. And the final test would be in the 0.0075-0.00800 area.
