SQR have been ranging for pretty long time around $0.5x. What should we do next to maximize profit?

First of all, BTC already get new ATH --> Get in Pre-Bull market --> Money will flow up to Altcoin
As you can see, if SQR make double bot and breakout downward trendline --> 90% it will PUMP like crazy.

Few days ago, BTC got new ATH so i bet BTC will fly up to 74k in a day or a week.
So this is great opp for altcoins, and SQR will go up as well.
As you can see, price go downward, so what should we do? Just hold on and wait to buy at at 0.44$, DCA at 0.4$
