UBER bullish for silver if energy sector breaks out.
Critical "melt-up" peaks for silver happen when gold vs silver ratio craters. Not the case yet. Actually approaching a turning point, either via a melt-up of ratio first (silver crashes) or turn from here. Either way, it's up afterwards.
You just can't overtake a 7 year rate of change that easily. While we wait for Nasdaq to roll over vs gold, let's look at the weakest of US Equities to roll over first!
Expect US equities to stagnate for MANY years. Expect silver to shine for MANY years.
Overheating since Jul 2020 and momentum weakening. Be wary.
Expecting entry in power zone once above all-time highs. Will generate an 800$ adrenaline rush. Forget the noise.
Why all the long faces? Some technical daily defined road maps for a move back upwards.
Just need to pull the trigger when fear starts to un wind... that is the tricky part!
Added Nasdaq's % of stocks above 200 day moving average... Scary right now.
My ever popular 7 year rate of change charts keeping me busy! Check out platinum's. Do you guys start seeing the repeating patterns? Mmmmm...
FIREWORKS for gold & silver when the (inverted) inflation adjusted US Dollar breaks above that RED line. With $dxy hitting the monthly defined dome, any combination of it declining and continued inflation levels (or increasing)... Spells... KABOOM!
Repeat after me... "It's the INFLATION adjusted US Dollar index that matters." How many more charts do you guys want to be convinced?
Approaching confluence HUGE resistance. Are you brave enough to stand in front of this freight train called the US Dollar?
HUGE underlying weakness momentum for Nasdaq when measured in Gold. All this is hidden by the cloud of extreme complacency in investment universe. Lesson will be be costly once again for those that forgot history. Gold will thrive.
Jordan touched on the historical CAPE ratio in our interview as an important evidence... ...that the US equities are closer to an end, than a beginning. And why gold & silver should also roar! Of course I had to give it a look.
US Dollar has lost 94% of it's value since 1968 when measured in sugar. I had to put log scale so we could see the magnitude of the drop. Expect it to lose another 60% from here (2011 lows).
US Dollar's Monthly Linear Chart (inverted). Great exercise to remove bias.
