EURO Dollar will go up tomorrow during FOMC against the USD. The USD is very weak. At this time, I see EU going to the 1.18500 area as one of the Quarter points. Depending on the how hard the spike hits, it will either reverse after touching 1.18500 back to the 1.17xxx area or make its way to the 1.19xxx area.
