Here I have two Sell Limit Entries that I have placed to be activated between now (ASIAN session of Aug 7,2024) and NY session ( Aug 8, 2024). Depending on how price ends up by the time I wake up I will decide if these entries are still valid or not. My risk is split by half of my typical entry size for each entry. 1% each. As soon as each gets to RR=1, I...
I would look for buys at rejections from BUY ZONE 1 or BUY ZONE 2. Depending on where it presents. The buy entry could happen early around 9am - 10am EST or later after 12pm . This is a waiting game, the buys have to make sense, dont rush it. Below 184.50 it is a Sell Zone
This is a Buy idea that most likely will play out during LONDON. I will be sleeping but just in case it makes sense to you, I believe that this setup has a good probability of happening if you get good confirmations from the Zone.
If price retraces to the area I just drew and then rejects, I will look for Buys from there to continue pushing up. Got to WAIT for confirmations before executing. If price closes any 1H candle below this zone, then I will continue the sells.
Main bias is still BUYS, I will look for the BUY ZONES for price to react, if there is no entry confirmation, then I will leave it alone for the rest of the day since it might be a deeper friday correction, meaning a SELL, which would turn the intraday into a countertrend, and I dont like to countertrend.
I will look for buys around these levels for the first part of the NY session, maybe around the news at 8:30am EST price might come and after that I will look for BUY confirmations to continue pushing up. If price closes below the 182.00 level, I will flip my bias and look for potential Sells.
If price comes to the 181.00 price and rejects after 2am+ EST (London session), another sell can be added with high probability of reaching the 180.70 zone.
GBPJPY Sells from here have a High Probability. An entry here a the close and then a Sell Limit at 181.40 could also be triggered for an even better RR. Better to secure at RR:1 some profits if the entry at 181.40 gets in. Always risk what you are willing to lose, this is a probabilities based profession.
This is my Idea for the GBPJPY setup around the FOMC news release today. Remember to manage your risk, this is a probabilities based profession.
For todays NYSE session I will patiently wait for rejections of either 184.00, or 184.18 to Sell, or a break below 183.49 to continue the push down to 183.00. NO RUSHING or trying to be a hero countertrending this big corrective bearish impulse. There is a very high probability that the move happens late after 10am EST due to the News release at 9:45am EST.
If we see a strong rejection from the 185.50-185.60 zone after 1pm EST today, we might get a good BUY opportunity for the Higher Timeframe Buys continuation on GBPJPY. DONT RUSH the entries, because there is an extra push that can still happen into 185.30 before the BUYS continuation. So it is better to wait for a good confirmation, either looking at the lower...
The Main BIAS is BULLISH, so avoid selling unless the confirmation is strong, preferable if it happens after 11am EST. In that case, the correction phase can be very strong down to 186.50 or even 185.30 Buys continuations if confirmed can push directly towards 187.00 by end of week.
Buys continuation until 186.00 before a potential retracement.
Buys bias, continuation of HTF structure on a Monday.
Main Bias is BULLISH, for the intraday you can just wait for price to confirm rejections from the potential rejection levels marked to continue buying, but it is very important that the buys happen during the correct volume timing, like between 8pm - 10pm EST (ASIA session), or (2am - 4am EST) London session, (8am - 11am EST) NY phase 1.
Watch out for the TL (orange) to be broken for the swing to be confirmed
This is the two most probable price routes that I am expecting based on the Weekly and Daily structure.
There is a good pennant forming on XRP, great setup for buys or sells on confirmed Break and retest of either Resistance or Support, and even a potential Sell Stop and Buy stop on each break.
