NEO looks like a solid project to me and it is not going away. Actually it has lost about 96 - 97 % against Bitcoin from ATH to its recent low some days ago. NEO has been one of the TOP performing ALT coins during the 2017 - 2018 bull run (going from 8 cents to 160 USD) - that's a 2000x !!! As I said in my previous post, NEO has lost about 97% agains Bitcoin. On the USD it has already bottomed at 3.99 on the March 2020 panic low. It seems to be forming a beautiful Cup & Handle pattern on the USD price chart. Also it is completing the same Cup & Handle chart on the RSI. To me that looks very promising ! As I already said: I am a buyer !

Bluzelle forming a multi month cup & handle ! The 5th of November RSI got very oversold and there is now a positive RSI divergence at the double bottom in price terms.
