As I can seeing the chart. price is rising but volume is decreasing. My guess would be it will be rejected at the trend line. If it is rejected it would go to E.if it broke up it would go to 13k ish.

As you can see DLT is consolidating in a diagonal triangle with ABCDE Elliot Wave pattern. It is now finishing D and about to reverse and go to E to complete the entrancement. I will wait for a bounce then break out above diagonal resistance then I buy. Please comment
