The semiconductor sector is seeing incredible strength today and it looks poised to continue. Tech and Nasdaq may still be preferred even if we see TVC:DXY rise off the lows. Best of luck traders!
The communications sector is seeing incredible strength with NFLX making strong moves on the day. We see this and the broader tech, Nasdaq areas of the market moving higher as well. Good luck traders
Pinterest is showing a reasonable amount of relative weakness and we believe when the market finally tops this may be an opportune short. We will see if broader growth stocks face some headwinds here with the market in a potentially overbought state.
Figs is having trouble getting it's bearings despite market at all time highs. We believe the market's potentially overbought state may be a drag on this stock and quite possibly could even push it lower. Good luck traders
This comms sector ETF seems to be showing promise here for at least a short term move off the 80 handle. If Google finds a near term bottom and NFLX gets a bid off 600 we could see XLC probe higher. Good luck traders
Palantir has seen an impressive break of 25 today and our belief is that bulls may defend this area and keep the run going. Growth stocks are holding so far and the fears in AMEX:KRE may subside, if so that should help the broader growth story. Good luck traders!
SMH and AMD are showing signs of continuing their run here and we believe there could be a trade made here for a move off this handle. Prominent outperformance by both and our belief at the moment is that the Nasdaq may help out.
Applovin is seeing tremendous momentum through this 60 handle and we're looking for that to continue. IWM is looking strong at the moment, enough to potentially help out this rally.
Looking at the relative strength of NFLX is quite impressive. We are also looking at the potnetial for XLC to return to 80 here which could provide some tail wind. Good luck traders!
Looking at the comms sector to potentially make a move back above 80 here, we have seen recent underperformance but our assumption here is that we may look back above this level in the near future. Despite GOOGL underperformance, NFLX seems to have no end to it's rally in sight.
Looking at AMEX:XRT strongly leading most other growth stocks, we have reason to believe it may continue. AMEX:IWM is holding up well but discretionary stocks in the space are looking a bit stronger than other growth areas of the market like AMEX:KRE and AMEX:ARKK
Carvana may move lower here from the 45-42.5 range as IWM and growth weigh on equities. Showing signficant underperformance and could be exposed to any weakness out of the major indicies.
Both biotech ETF's AMEX:XBI and NASDAQ:IBB are showing tremendous weakness in the face of a strong market. I suspect that when the market is ready to pullback it may take this a little lower especially in the face of a strong TVC:DXY / Dollar Index. Good luck traders!
Gitlab is showing unbelivable strength at 70 and it's possible that we see higher prices. Growth stocks appear to be too persistent to want to go down despite today's strength in $DXY. Good luck traders!
Uber is showing incredible resilience at 65 and it may resolve higher as one of the top growth stocks continues to make new highs. We'll look to see what 70 has to offer and then make any adjustments there as necessary. Good luck traders!
UIPath is showing a considerable amount of weakness in the face of a strong market and we're considering the possiblity it could get worse. We believe the USD may stay boyant enough to subdue growth stocks for a little bit longer.
Impinj is showing a really nice amount of strength following comments from the chip company saying that they are expecting Q4 revenue to top guidance. Couldn't have come at a better time as chip companies like AMD and NVDA may be continuing their run soon. Should be interesting to see the kind of action we get from this level..stay tuned.
Aussie dollar is showing considerable promise here off 97.5. USD may get extended soon and hopefully provides some upside support here. Range narrowing
