I've done 2 fib time zones on the chart, they both land big on the 19th for a higher all time high, but in between, I believe that the price will break $7.5 on the 15th and 16th to set us up for the breakout we've been waiting for.

Could this be it? Today? Coincidence that it's a new month? Maybe? Maybe not. But I sure am bullish on OCGN . Chart's aren't always accurate, they're just predictions. But if everyone does follow charts and buy at this level, it does make it a bullish movement.
