Daily candle (and the 4hr top in place) is forming a pin bar off a previous trendline. I'll see if this retraces 50% of this pinbar in tomorrow's daily candle before taking a position. I feel jumping in here will create an unrealistic price target to make up for the risk.
Daily channel and a more defined 4 hr pennant forming. Would look for a short at the top of the pennant, a short after a breakdown and retest, or a buy and the breakout and retest.
EURUSD took off yesterday after the Fed announcement, but we are starting to return to this 4hr trendline. If we hold this line and show reversal candles/signals then I'll look to go long as the dollar seems to be continuing to weaken.
This area should hold up as resistance as it was the area right before that huge, rapid downward momentum. Overall think this pair will be a pair that will uptrend but I think with this resistance and it pulling so far away from the moving averages it needs a pullback.
