Chikou span must be the first thing to check! It confirmed or not the breakout with a close above or below the level. Look at the candlestick, if it shows a strong implusion, with a marubozu candle, so know that it is gone. I wish you all the best!

Chikou span gives you the last signal to enter the market. A big impulsion happens often when Chikou Span crosses the price and broke out the S/R.
