Bitcoin is fighting with $20.000. We are seeing an ascending wedge that is forming right now. Ascending wedges are seen as bearing continuation patterns so we may see a leg downwards soon. On the other side, if we manage to set in another higher top, we might break $20k. This could bring in some good buying volume which might cause a break higher. Let's see how...

In a previous idea i though bitcoin could go down to 7000$ if it would break out if the triangle on the downside. Well we broke down but we did not go to 7000$ (yet). If we can hold this level i think we can be pretty bullish since people are willing to buy at higher prices even if we drop. Bitcoin has some difficulty around the 8000 level which apparently is good for alts at the moment. I don't see this as a bad sign though. After such a big run btc needs some time to breath before we can continue higher. I see to possible scenarios from here; First i think we are going to retest the 7500 area. Will bitcoin just catapult higher? I think a correction is a decent possibility. If a correction would come now, a cup and handle scenario could come in to play with a bounce of the 5000 level. Everyone was talking about 6000 being a key level, i think we broke it now. So another possibility could be that 6000 is a strong support now which we might not even go...
