Not a financial advisor. Any critique or advice is welcomed. I see the second shoulder forming. Could mean a downtrend after shoulders are formed (that’s if it happens). I know it’s a famous pattern so let me know what you guys think.

So I’m not an expert so I wouldn’t mind critique, advice, or ideas. I see support and resistance and from what I understand, if the price breaks over the resistance line then that means it has potential to go up right? The resistance line would become support?
