AUDCAD has penetrated a support area it has been respecting since 2013. It broke out of the support area around July 2017 and now it's back to the area for a retest. I expect AUDCAD to fall for some time. Although, there is a probability it breaks the line to the top side (which is not very likely). This is my trade setup for AUDJPY in accordance with the analysis I posted using the 1W timeframe. I can see a rising wedge pattern and expecting a breakout to the downside. I'm expecting GBPUSD to do a quick sell to the bottom of the existing channel to form a double bottom. The momentum to the top side is decreasing and so is the volume and these are occurring at a key price rejection area. This is just my point of view of the market.
I'm hoping to see USDCAD hit the channel bottom and bounce back up.
