I played this from $1 to $4, now its range bound. I see support @ 2.00 on a monthly chart and it might grind up, but I have no desire to jump back in. What would the catalyst be for this thing to go up today? Is FNMA going private, or will it still be controlled by the govt? Who owns their debt? Whats their competition going forward? Is FNMA still useful in the future?
Just looking at the charts. DO's long term shareholders, had long term pain from the past recession of 08'. Is it time for the trend to reverse? I see support @ $15 to $20. Does anyone else see any value in offshore drillers?
The world is still addicted to oil. I will be adding XOM at $80. Just wait for a headline stating that there is no more oil, or the supply is running low, then you will get rewarded. re: www.reuters.com Ignore the news : "Oil futures fell on Monday and U.S. crude slipped below $50 a barrel intraday as ample supply, the prospect of more Iranian crude for export...
Love the increase in dividend, but this stock is surely taking its time to get down to $48 to $52 target, my range. I assume at this level we would see some support. Until then, it's a slow grin down with some accumulation and dollar cost averaging.
I am still watching this thing go down, but today, I decided to start adding some share of AA to my portfolio. Starting small because I do feel this thing will reach $10 or lower. I will play the same levels as I did before, buying from $10 to $8, but even if need be, to $6 or $5. I will be happy owning shares at this price. Average waiting time was 2 to 3 years...
Based on the Bloomberg's special on CVX "Inside Chevron: www.bloomberg.com ) and the recent case against EPA - "The U.S. Supreme Court ruling against the Environmental Protection Agency’s regulations on power-plant emissions ": ( www.marketwatch.com ) This may be a good oppertunity to add shares to one of the biggest energy producers. This LNG project may be one...
I lost money trading CLD in the past at IPO, Yep, didn't have Tradingview then to check the ranges i was trading, but this new EPA ruling makes me think the bottom is priced in for coal stocks. People will think this is good news, and decide to buy, or dollar average to this price based on this news if they held before. www.marketwatch.com My theory, coal has...
Research and reasoning will become outsourced to another type of a brain. This will change everything. IBM Watson as a tool is just the beginning. How will the humans use this tool? What problems can they both solve? What can be discovered? What will it change? What new questions will be asked? How will we adapt and how will we evolve? Imagine what will come next....

If INTC (Intel) wants better intel, they need to buy CRM (Salesforce). Who can call the CEO's, send me a few shares for the idea, and make this deal happen? Who would you rather build the future, humans or artificial intelligence?
INTC, you're on my radar again, and although I did sell your shares a few months ago @ $37, I want you back in my tech portfolio. In the internet of things, you too, push complexity envelope to build amazing tech for our world of things. Your deal to build hardware through software is interesting, nice job buying Altera. Just keep an eye on that AI and be cautious...
Sold half my position in MO @ 51.50 because it reached over 100% gain. Now I will be playing with the house's money. Keep those dividends coming. This stock is parked in my IRA acct. I had a set and forget strategy on this because I have no use for IRA funds at this time. I didn't mind waiting it out while the company, stock, and the dividend grew, but i think now...
See my chart, Just use the fib & linear regression lines for your trade setup. Your next buy long is 75 and or 70. For 2030 theme, ask yourself... What will the next 10 billion people on the planet consume? What products will they use from birth to adult? What products will those new consumers need to increase their quality of living & how can PG keep innovating...
Guaranteed it's easier to pull offline land drilling oil rigs then it is multi - million dollar offshore oil rigs. This resource was endorsed today by the president, mentioning that oil, will still be a valuable part in our economy. The offshore platforms can also be converted & be utilized for offshore wind projects for renewable energy. I lost count of how many...
This is the best data hog on the planet. The question is, What will the next 10 billion people on the planet consume in the next few years when they get internet access? When these brains come online, What will they study? What will they learn? What will they consume? What will they create? What will they Invent? What business will they start? How will these new...
As i mentioned earlier, MCP has a lot of potential. The Land they operate on is worth more than gold compared to their stock right now. You see players that are trying to control MCP to gain massive returns for later years. No reason to sell out now, invest and you will get rewarded. Companies like Siemens are already partnering with MCP to get a stable, reliable,...
Who said, "Its not the rare earth material they get out of the ground thats of value, its the land the material comes from." If I was the bank, i'd want to force everyone to give me their rights to the land they operate on, then, I wouldn't care who mines it, as long as i get my cut on every square inch of soil that is dug up. Its not the gold nugget that...
Economic growth is getting easier and easier to measure. I love this new tool. The Atlas of Economic Complexity is an extremely useful tool to see how growth changes over time in different regions. I love the complexity and the visualizations. It makes it easier for me to invest and re-test my theories of growth. For USA atlas.cid.harvard.edu I added TSLA, SCTY,...
