Well, after a few miss-steps because I did not have symbol sync on, I got it to work. The procedure is really touchy and I'm still not confident in it.
I compared each step in videos 1 and 2 which worked to video 3 which did not work. I found that the key came down to the step that you must have symbols sync'd when you start.
