DXY is due for a pullback in my opinion, such as the March 20 pump n dump scenario. This could be PT.2 of that. Godspeed.
Overall market structure is Bearish on the monthly view. Looking for this pair to reach lower lows.
With a stronger dollar surging into the markets, expect anything against the dollar to retrace for a pullback. I am overall bearish on DXY. but for the meantime expect institutions to buy into TLT expecially after this month's Fed decision on Rates.
Long-term idea, remember to not put all your eggs in one basket, wish everyone a bright future ahead.
If DXY goes for a impulsive move up we will see DXY Pairs move as well.

If OPEC+ does not increase output in April, except the small amounts for Russia and Kazakhstan, the stock draw will be significantly more than one million barrels per day next month, as the summer demand season looms, expect oil prices to rise toward $70-$75 per barrel during April.
Please be on the lookout of a TLT breakout, due to upcoming insolvencies that next year looks to bring, I feel like we going for a blow -off type pattern pretty soon on the S&P500. Go BONDS
GBP looking to go higher due to Brexit News.
