Historically BTC.D have reached lvls of 30-35% after previous halvings. Meanwhile previous ATH were reached before BTC.D historical lows. Also it worth mentioning that BTC All-time-low was reached in 2017 and have not been updated in 2021.

Historically BTC show significant grow in ~200 days and does reaches its local ATH in 520 days after Halving. So it is reasonable to expect rally Oct 24' and hold up to Sept 25'. For sure we should take in consideration BTC Dom and Market Cap.
