Currently down trend is appear at this moment and price close to the lower line of downtrend. By following weekly bar if you check the MACD line base on exponential moving average you will see that recently MACD line cross above the signal line. I think this is the time to turn the price above by following Elliott Wave Principle.
I am trying clear the concept of USD/CAD by using support and resistant level. By following this rules price of USD/CAD is close to support level. So there have maximum possibility to turn it up. But unfortunately there have three resistant level. So you should handle every step very carefully.
