Using the fan from Nov 3rd/Nov 4th before the price shot up past the $1.00 price points. When price hits a blade it seems to fall into or bounce off of. Just a hypothesis I'll keep tracking. Would love to hear thoughts and reproof. COINBASE:XRPUSD
